(from BBC) Dumbarton's Scott Chaplain earned the Sons their first home win of the season with a victory over Arbroath.

Chaplain's goal in the dying seconds of the first half was just reward for a stirring display by the home side.

McLaughlin's cross found the midfielder unmarked in the our goalmouth and he spun and fired the ball home beyond Darren Hill.

Arbroath used the wind to their advantage after the break but could not find a way through a tight defence.
