Arbroath sign Fraser

Harry Cairney has strengthened the defence with the signing of Stephen Fraser, on loan from St Johnstone for a month.

Presumably, Fraser will play alongside Jamie Bishop and Chris McLeod while Steven Rennie is suspended.
