From The Courier: Dundee boss John Brown will try to sort out striker Steven Doris’s immediate future this week.
The 25-year-old joined the Dark Blues during the summer after leaving Arbroath.
However, he struggled to make an impact at Dens and returned to the Red Lichties last month on loan.
Brown said: “Steven’s deal is up on Saturday. He has been injured since his second game back at Arbroath though.
“During that time he has been unable to do any training at all because of the injury to his stomach.
“It has been frustrating for Steven but I will speak to Paul Sheerin this week to see whether they are wanting to extend the deal.”
