Dunfermline in form

Another midweek pre-season against a farily full-strength Hearts side saw Dunfermline canter to a 3-1 win, to add to their victory over Aberdeen last week.

This demonstrates that :

a) we did well to match them in the Alba Cup game for long spells this past weekend but

b) we'll need to be at our best to avoid a heavy defeat
