A chance of survival but need to keep fighting

The Gayfield men moved to within a point of East Fife and Airdrie at the foot of the table after Paul McManus’s winner.

That strike came after Michael Travis had cancelled out a goal from Fifers’ Liam Buchanan.

Sheerin said: “We have given ourselves a real chance of survival but we have to keep fighting for the next eight games.”
