What’s your aim(s) this year?

My aims for the new season are to play well consistently at 19s and Reserve level.

Where do you think the club will finish this season?

This year’s squad has a good balance of experience and Youth which can only bode well for the future at the club. If everyone stays fit a mid table finish is in reach.

Do you think last season went well for you?

I enjoyed last season as I played my first reserve game away to Cowdenbeath. I was happy to get the chance at a higher level. The team won 2-0 that night, I played the last 20 minutes.

Who was the best player you played against last season?

Colin Strickland of Hearts in the Scottish Youth Cup at Tynecastle.
He was so quick I was chasing his shadow half the time. We lost 3-0 in the end. Playing at Tynecastle was a good experience against the best youth team in Scotland.

Best Goal last Season?

As a defender a goal is rare but when it comes it’s a good feeling. I remember scoring In a friendly against a local team last year. It was a free kick from the edge of the box. I bent it round the wall into the corner of the net. The celebration that followed cannot be shared on a family website.

Thanks must go to Maty for using some of his precious time to fill this in!
