From the Arbroath Herald: Arbroath have added another player to their squad for the forthcoming season, with highly rated midfielder Mark Whatley putting pen to paper.
Whatley (23) had been plying his trade for Spartans in the Lowland League last season.
Announcing the acquisition on his Twitter account, Lichties’ gaffer Paul Sheerin said: “Delighted to have eventually signed Mark Whatley from Spartans. Central midfielder, great footballer who will fit into our way of playing and will get goals!”
